Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, design consultations require payment upon completion, while ongoing maintenance services are billed monthly. Installation projects typically require a deposit with final payment due upon completion.

Service Limitations

Our services are subject to weather conditions, seasonal availability of plants and materials, and local regulations. We will make reasonable efforts to complete work as scheduled but cannot guarantee specific timelines due to factors beyond our control.

Liability

HortStyle Pro carries appropriate insurance for our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, acts of nature, or damage caused by factors beyond our control.

Cancellation Policy

Service cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to charges. For installation projects, cancellation terms will be specified in individual contracts.
